If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.
The following terms apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Interpretation
Words whose first letter is capitalized have defined meanings in the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning, whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Vigoracare.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request from you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the website.
- Website refers to Vigoracare, accessible from https://www.vigoracare.com
- You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or any other legal entity on behalf of which this individual accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.
Your order cancellation rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without having to provide a reason.
The cancellation deadline for an order is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or from the date a third party you designated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the date we have received the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will incur no fees for this refund.
Return conditions
For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- The product is not used or damaged.
- The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly customized.
- The supply of Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, which deteriorate quickly, or whose expiration date has passed.
- The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Additionally, please note that we do not accept the return of identical orders more than once.
Only Goods at the regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on promotion cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Return of goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during their return. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of the return.
